Reports to: Sr. Manager
Enova Financial is currently searching for bright, energetic, and ambitious product managers to join our team; problem solvers, self directors and action-oriented thinkers are required. Candidates will be expected to hit the ground running learning the technologies, strategies, and analytical techniques that will enable them to contribute to the continued success of the company. Product managers at Enova are responsible for gathering requirements, helping to define the products vision and strategy, and working with our engineers to execute that strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees portfolio of projects end to end including; prioritization, development, testing and deployment of the software development life cycle.
• Develops high level and detailed project plans for each project. Oversees the milestones to ensure that internal schedules align with key due dates.
• Reports project status, scope changes and critical metrics to all stakeholders including senior and executive management .
• Serves as liaison with other departments (Research & Development, QA, Marketing, Analytics, Strategy & Operations, etc) to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
• Create automated tests and reporting post feature launch to ensure new features are working as expected and driving expected ROI of each project.
• Provides project leadership and technical direction for assigned staff. Evaluates and provides performance evaluation feedback to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance or a related technical field preferable.
• Product management or product design experience in an internet technology company.
• Experience working in agile software development.
• Must have strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong appetite and aptitude for technical knowledge.
• Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills.
• An understanding of business process & the application of technology in achieving business objectives.
• Be able to wear many hats and manage way too many things at a given time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Distinguishing Factors:

• SQL experience
• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Six Sigma certified
