Product Development & Operations Analyst/Associate
Reports to: Manager, US Product Management
Responsibilities
- Manage initiatives that focus on driving new technical, operations, and strategic projects, including process improvement and customer experience
- This role will act as an internal consultant to the P&L Lead, Business Leaders, and Call Center Managers
- Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate with external partners and lead internal development teams such that projects are executed in a timely manner
- Develop project plans and scope of work. Coordinate the prioritization, development, testing and implementation for each project
- Drive quality assurance projects and build infrastructure to ensure continued compliance
- Run ad hoc projects and create strategic recommendations based on data analysis
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- MBA from top tier university preferred, or top tier undergraduate degree with minimum of one year of relevant professional experience
- Strong appetite and aptitude for technical knowledge.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High energy, team player, creative thinker, and strategic influencer
- Demonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teams
- Analytical skills, leadership skills, and hands-on implementation and execution skills
- Proficiency with SQL preferred but not required; advanced Excel and handling data
Distinguishing factors:
- SQL experience
- Coding skills (Java, C++, etc.)
- Six Sigma certified
