Reports to: Manager, US Product Management

Responsibilities

• Manage initiatives that focus on driving new technical, operations, and strategic projects, including process improvement and customer experience
• This role will act as an internal consultant to the P&L Lead, Business Leaders, and Call Center Managers
• Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate with external partners and lead internal development teams such that projects are executed in a timely manner
• Develop project plans and scope of work. Coordinate the prioritization, development, testing and implementation for each project
• Drive quality assurance projects and build infrastructure to ensure continued compliance
• Run ad hoc projects and create strategic recommendations based on data analysis
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• MBA from top tier university preferred, or top tier undergraduate degree with minimum of one year of relevant professional experience
• Strong appetite and aptitude for technical knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High energy, team player, creative thinker, and strategic influencer
• Demonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teams
• Analytical skills, leadership skills, and hands-on implementation and execution skills
• Proficiency with SQL preferred but not required; advanced Excel and handling data

Distinguishing factors:

• SQL experience
• Coding skills (Java, C++, etc.)
• Six Sigma certified
