Reports to: Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis
Enova Financial is currently searching for a bright, energetic, and ambitious financial associates to join our team; problem solvers, self directors and action-oriented thinkers are required. Candidates will be expected to hit the ground running learning the technologies, strategies, and analytical techniques that will enable them to contribute to the continued success of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical and financial support to functional departments including Operations, Marketing and Business Development
• Develop, prepare and analyze weekly/monthly reporting used to drive decision making in executive management meetings
• Assess requirements for and implement new periodic and/or ad hoc reporting
• Drive budgetary planning processes and monitoring

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required from a top undergraduate program
• Demonstrated history of academic excellence with a minimum 3.5 GPA
• Motivated self-starter with advanced problem solving and issue resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, to follow through to completion and to present conclusions to senior management in an organized and thoughtful fashion
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications; MySQL query browser experience a plus
• Other duties as assigned.

Background:

• 3 + years at a top investment bank, reputable consulting firm, corporate finance or “Big Four” accounting firm
• Graduate of larger company financial rotational program
