Reports to: IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide end user support on windows, Debian & MacOS
• Assist in maintaining the network and desktops
• Create, maintain, and delete user accounts from various systems
• Troubleshoot, install, repair and track hardware
• Provide on-site and remote client support
• Escalation of critical issues
• Maintain the automated desktop build process
• Maintain current desktops via pushing updates
• Perform other duties as assigned
• 3rd Shift position located in downtown Chicago, IL

Qualifications:

• 2+ years Windows desktop support experience
• Knowledge of Windows based automation scripting
• Associates degree or comparable experience; and/or applicable  certifications (ie: MCP, MCSE, A+, Network+)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Any experience with PC harware repaid a plus
• Experience in Linux a plus
