Reports to: Manager of Business Analytics

Responsibilities:

• Perform customer data analysis to identify profit optimization opportunities.
• Focus on analytics of various marketing campaigns.
• Develop business rules to support risk management, marketing, and operational strategies.
• Assess financial, operational, and strategic implications of projects.
• Communicate insights to senior management, through both presentations and write-ups of results and recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a top tier school in engineering, finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, or other business / quantitative field. GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency, VBA experience preferred
• Experience working with relational databases, such as SQL
• Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and analysis, knowledge of a statistics package such as SAS or R preferred
• Financial or high-tech industry experience with a record of accomplishment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to identify creative solutions to complex problems
