Marketing Analytics
Reports to: Manager of Marketing Analytics
Responsibilities:
- Perform customer data analysis to identify profit optimization opportunities.
- Focus on analytics of various marketing campaigns.
- Develop business rules to support risk management, marketing, and operational strategies.
- Assess financial, operational, and strategic implications of projects.
- Communicate insights to senior management, through both presentations and write-ups of results and recommendations.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree from a top tier school in engineering, finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, or other business / quantitative field. GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Marketing Analytics experience, to include building regression models, response model building (direct mail campaign) or other related marketing statistic model skills.
- Experience working in a quantitative analytic role preferably in a Consumer Finance company.
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency, VBA experience preferred.
- Experience working with relational databases, such as SQL.
- Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and analysis, knowledge of a statistics package such as SAS or R preferred.
- Financial or high-tech industry experience with a record of accomplishment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to identify creative solutions to complex problems.
