Sr. Digital Marketing Leader
Reports to: Vice President
Responsibilities:
- ‘Own’/Manage Digital Acquisition Business across all P&Ls, exceeding volume targets and minimizing costs.
- Leading the development, executive enrollment, and execution of Digital Marketing strategy across all businesses globally.
- Managing seven Digital Marketing personnel (Analysts, Associates, & Manager) assigned to different P&L in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, ensuring business delivery, work prioritization, personnel development/training, and staffing as appropriate.
- Achieving and maintaining top rankings on major search engines through development and execution of SEO strategies.
- Managing paid search ad campaigns in Google, Yahoo, MSN and other engines, ensuring delivery within acceptable cost per conversion and perform day-to-day bid management to achieve optimal cost per conversion.
- Managing and expanding Affiliate management program, driving traffic at acceptable cost.
- Developing and optimizing landing pages using A/B and multivariate testing methodologies to improve conversion rates.
- Generating and leading reporting and analysis of results of traffic, costs, conversion, etc. to weekly U.S. P&L Marketing meeting.
- Ensure most critical Digital efforts are prioritized effectively, coordinating plans with P&L Leaders.
- Oversee development, testing, and roll-out (as appropriate) of new business-building tactics, such as Facebook advertising, mobile PPC, YouTube PPC, Display retargeting, etc.
- Provide guidance and oversight to PPC & SEO landing page multivariate testing programs across SEO & PPC.
- Work effectively across marketing disciplines, and cross-functionally across the company, to understand and deliver on business requirements.
- Serve as initial point of contact from Executive Team on all aspects of Digital Marketing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 8-10 years in Marketing
- 5+ years experience in online marketing
- Experience in managing a team for delivery a must
- Prefer direct SEO and/or PPC experience with a history of delivery of business growth and business ‘ownership’
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and detail oriented
- Highly self-motivated
- Problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
