Reports to: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical and financial support to functional departments including Operations, Marketing and Business Development.
• Develop, prepare and analyze weekly/monthly reporting used to drive decision making in executive management meetings
• Assess requirements for and implement new periodic and/or ad hoc reporting
• Drive budgetary planning processes and monitoring
• Create automated tests and reporting post feature launch to ensure new features are working as expected and driving expected ROI of each project
• Support HR compensation and bonus computations and strategy development
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Currently working toward an Economics or Finance degree from a top undergraduate program with a demonstrated history of academic excellence. 
• GPA of at least a 3.3
• Motivated self-starter with advanced problem solving and issue resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, to follow through to completion and to present conclusions to senior management in an organized and thoughtful fashion
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications; MySQL query browser experience a plus
