Reports to: Manager of Business Analytics

Responsibilities:

• Perform customer data analysis to identify profit optimization opportunities
• Develop business rules to support risk management, marketing, and operational strategies
• Communicate insights to senior management, through both presentations and write-ups of results and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Working on Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in engineering, finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, or other business / quantitative field. Current GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency
• Experience working with relational databases, such as SQL
• Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and analysis
• Financial or high-tech industry experience with a record of accomplishment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to identify creative solutions to complex problems
